Delete your account

You can delete your Resku account at any time.

In the app

1. Open Resku and go to the You tab.
2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
3. Confirm twice. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@bharatgridsystems.com with the subject "Delete my Resku account" and the phone number you signed up with. We'll confirm the number belongs to you before deleting anything, and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

Your profile and photo, your place in every group (a group you created stays for its other members), your location, trips, check-ins, help alerts, Emergency Audio recordings, emergency contacts and medical information. Anonymous totals you were counted in, and the anonymous safety map, can't be linked to you and remain. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
