Common questions
A crash alert started when nothing happened. Tap I'm okay during the countdown and nothing is sent.
My group can't see me when the app is closed. Open Resku and follow the banner on Home, or go to You → Protection. Resku needs location set to Always to keep working in the background.
I'm not getting alerts. Make sure notifications are on for Resku. On iPhone, also allow Critical Alerts so a help alert can sound when your phone is on silent.
